ตำแหน่ง: อาจารย์ประจำสาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ (Lecturer in International Business)
คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรีมีความประสงค์จะรับสมัครบุคลากรเพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคณาจารย์ในตำแหน่งอาจารย์ประจำสาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ เพื่อร่วมพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการของนักศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกธุรกิจในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ และส่งเสริมคุณภาพทางการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทขึ้นไปในสาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง(ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
2. มีประสบการณ์ในการสอน หรือการทำงานในภาคธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
3. มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก ทั้งการพูด อ่าน และเขียน
4. มีความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน เช่น โปรแกรมนำเสนอเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระบบ e-Learning
5. มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความมุ่งมั่นในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และพัฒนานักศึกษา
6. หากมีผลงานทางวิชาการ งานวิจัย หรือบทความทางวิชาการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ลักษณะงาน
 จัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ เช่น International Trade,Global Marketing, Cross-Cultural Management, International Business Strategy ฯลฯ
 พัฒนาหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศในปัจจุบัน
 ให้คำปรึกษาทางวิชาการแก่ผู้เรียน และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของคณะ/มหาวิทยาลัย
 ดำเนินการวิจัยและเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกและสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่
 ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากคณะหรือมหาวิทยาลัย

Job Announcement
Position: Lecturer in International Business
Faculty of Business Administration Bangkok Thonburi University is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to joinour academic team as a Lecturer in International Business within the Faculty of Business Administration. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality academic programs and prepare students to meet the dynamic challenges of the global business environment.

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or higher in International Business, Business Administration,Management, or a related field.(Ph.D. holders will be given special consideration.)
2. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience or professional experience in international business or related fields.
3. Strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Proficiency in using educational technology tools such as presentation software, online learning platforms, and digital teaching materials.

5. Good interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to teaching and academic development.
6. Academic publications, research, or conference presentations will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
 Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses related to international business,including but not limited to: International Trade, Global Marketing, Cross-Cultural Management, International Business Strategy, etc.
 Develop and improve curriculum and instructional materials in accordance with global trends and best practices.
 Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
 Conduct research and publish academic papers in relevant journals or academic forums.
 Participate in faculty meetings, university committees, and other academic or extracurricular activities as assigned.
