Globalization brings rapid changes and intensive competition, thus the business must be adaptive to the future survival to meet the changes and increase competitive abilities. This is the vital key for success.

Significance:

The Master of Business Administration program is significant for producing business administration Master degree graduates to develop and create business administrators and managers equipped with desirable attributes and skills to give added value to facilitate sustainable national development as well as morality and professional ethical conducts to bring benefits to the society and the country as a whole.

 

Objectives:

  1. To produce Master of Business Administration graduates with high morality and ethics with positive attitude in business administration profession and maintain codes of conducts in business administration;
  2. To foster Master of Business Administration graduates with knowledge and know-how with good understanding in concepts and principles of education in the fields of their interests; be able to analyze and synthesize educational concepts, principles and theories and processes in business administration and practices;
  3. To produce Master of Business Administration graduates with analytical skills, business administrative skills, capable of conducting situational analysis and applying knowledge and understanding on concepts, principles and theories, and processes in business administration and competently solve problems in unexpected situational changes;
  4. To cultivate Master of Business Administration graduates with interpersonal skills, work well with others; maintaining good leadership in business fields and followership with personal and social responsibility;
  5. To produce Master of Business Administration graduates with numerical and quantitative skills, communication skills and the use of information technology both speaking and writing in the areas of business administration.
