On June 29, 2026, Professor Dr. Bang-orn Benjathikul, President of Bangkok Thonburi University (BTU), delivered a policy speech on student activities, aiming to encourage students to recognize the importance of promoting unity and camaraderie among students of all levels and years, and to strengthen good relationships between faculty and students.
Following this policy, Bangkok Thonburi University organized a creative event, “BTU Pajama Party,” a party for students residing in the university dormitories to welcome new students for the 2026 academic year. Professor (Special) Dr. Duangrit Benjathikul Chairungruang graciously welcomed the students and provided advice on the art of living and techniques for happy learning at Bangkok Thonburi University.
In addition, administrators and faculty members provided guidance on dormitory regulations, introduced dormitory supervisors, and offered other relevant information to help students apply it to their lives within the university.
The “BTU Pajama Party” included activities that fostered aesthetic appreciation and provided educational value for students, such as a fun dance competition, a pajama-themed costume contest, and recreational activities. The event included a mini-concert by the "Unison" band from the Faculty of Music, among other things.
A large number of administrators, faculty members, and students from Bangkok Thonburi University participated in the activities. Various artists, singers, and actors also provided entertainment for the students at the Hotel and Tourism Operations Center, 2nd floor, Bangkok Thonburi University.
