The Dental Council of Thailand’s committee meeting on April 23, 2026, approved the Bachelor of Dental Surgery curriculum and accredited the Faculty of Dentistry, Bangkokthonburi University (BTU), for a period of 7 years, from 2026 to 2032.

This long-term accreditation confirms the high potential and standards of the BTU Faculty of Dentistry in many aspects, including the quality of faculty, teaching infrastructure, and curriculum development that aligns with modern technology and social contexts under the concept of outcome-based education.

This achievement also reflects the vision and strong support from the university administration, especially the investment in teaching resources, which is crucial in producing quality dental graduates. It also emphasizes the promotion of professional skills coupled with ethics and morality to create graduates who are both “skilled and good” members of society.
Furthermore, another important factor is the quality of the graduates. This is reflected in the consistently positive trend in the dental licensure examination pass rate, which is an indicator of the success of the standardized education management.
