On March 5, 2026, Professor Dr. Bang-orn Benjathikul, President of Bangkok Thonburi University (BTU), chaired the first meeting of the university's executives, faculty, staff, and personnel for the 2026 academic year. Professor (Special) Dr. Duangrit Benjathikul Chairungruang, along with personnel from all relevant sectors and affiliated educational institutions, attended the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to receive policy directives on teaching and learning management and guidelines for various duties prior to the end of the second semester of the 2025/2025 academic year and to prepare for the start of the first semester of the 2026/2026 academic year.
During the meeting, deans of various faculties and relevant department heads from Bangkok Thonburi University and its affiliated institutions reported on their various operational achievements to the President and the meeting participants. They also received recommendations on management from the President to implement the policies, guidelines, and recommendations for the greatest benefit of Bangkok Thonburi University. The meeting was held at the Hotel and Tourism Operations Center Building, 2nd floor, Bangkok Thonburi University.
