On February 27, 2026, Prof. Dr. Bang-orn Benjathikul, President of Bangkok Thonburi University (BTU), welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanawat Polvichai, President of the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce and President of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (APHEIT), along with the executive committee and members of APHEIT. She also extended a welcome address to the members on the occasion of BTU hosting the 1st/2026 APHEIT Members' Meeting. The meeting was also conducted online.
The APHEIT Members' Meeting was attended by advisors, executive committee members, and members from various private higher education institutions. The meeting was held in Meeting Room 1, 4th Floor, Sports Complex Building, Bangkok Thonburi University.
